So I was finally able to read X-Men: Second Coming, and I must say, that was a pretty strong opening. This crossover has every potential to be as awesome as Messiah CompleX. But there’s a little something that bugged me. Okay, there’s the fact that Nightcrawler calls out Wolverine and X-23′s murderous ways mere seconds after he kills a couple of humans as well. Or the fact that Cyclops blew out a huge hole in his fucking wall when we all know that Cyclops is the most stoic X-Man ever.

Okay but the thing that really bugged me was Hope. Isn’t she around 13-14 years old? So… why are they fucking drawing her… hot?

Just look at her. She fucking looks like she’s a smaller version of Black Widow. She’s sexy and holy fuck look at those tits. You’d expect her to look malnourished after all that time-hopping while being on the run from a deranged Bishop. And this is really kind of weird, because we all saw Hope turn from a baby, then into a weird version of Dora the Explorer stuck in a dystopian future with a huge guy with robotic arms carrying at least three guns at once as her baby sitter. Now she has tits. Really, Marvel. It’s too weird. Stop drawing her that way guys, make her look like she’s 13, dammit!

Also, Cable is a criminally underrated comic book. You should get your hands on the back issues.
