Ok, let’s start with comics that I didn’t buy: Amazons Attack #6 and Wonder Woman #12(I won’t even bother reviewing this one)

Amazons Attack #6:
Here’s a little recap of the stupidity:

CLASH! Everyone’s fighting, and Hyppolita and Diana had a stereotypical Mother-Daughter fight.

Guess what? She didn’t kill her! SHOCKING!

And now the villain is pissed.

lol, Batman.

Here comes Athena to save the day!

Didn’t see that coming!

And so this shitty arc is finally over, along with 90% Wonder Woman’s supporting characters, great job DC!

BUT WAIT! THERE’S A TWIST!

Ohoho! Who’s the sinister villain that did all of this?

Thank God I stopped buying this after the first two issues.

52: Aftermath:
Sobek(famine), our favorite mass-murdering croc is back, and his siblings Plague, War and Death are still alive and kicking. I have high hopes on this book, hopefully Black Adam(this takes place before Countdown methinks) makes an appearance on the next issue.

NOMNOMNOM!

Batman Annual: Head of the Demon:
The Origin of Ra’s Al Ghul. It’s pretty good, as expected from any Batman Annual. I really liked the part where he helped take down Napoleon in Waterloo. The ending kinda left me unsatisfied though, feels like it was rushed.

Countdown 35:
The Atom and company are captured, again. Mary Marvel got kicked out by Zee, Jimmy Olsen is acting like a goofball as usual, and Una is hot. Nothing much, I don’t thing enything epic will happenfor another twenty issues, I’m looking forward to Countdown 34 though, where Wally finally looks for Trickster and Piper.

Countdown to Adventure:
Awesome book! And even though they’re lightyears apart, Adam and Buddy’s troubles are still connected. I absolutely love the last part where all the solar system’s races(’cept earth) were like one huge army.

That, and Starfire is hawt!

Did I mention Starfire is hawt?

Buddy Baker is one lucky guy.

Outsiders: Five of a kind #5(of5):
Amazons Attack aftermath, most of the capes are doing clean-up duties when they find out that the Bana left unwanted souvenirs. Grace and Diana stopped a bomb from destroying a city, and Grace finds out that her adoptive family was dead.

With Batman, Grace Choi, J’onn J’onzz, Katana and Metamorpho, the new Outsiders are complete. Batman forgot to mention that Thunder and Boomer didn’t make the cut while Nightwing left to fight the good fights.

Teen Titans #50:
I absolutely loved this issue, the Bart flashbacks(when he was still good) reminded me that I should hate Dan Didio more for his hatred for Young Justice characters. Also, it just makes me giddy inside everytime Dick or Wally has a flashback. I’d be reading more Titans from now on since the new line-up doesn’t have any of the Old Guard and this might be interesting, I’m praying that they get Arrowette from retirement but since Didio’s still alive, that’s not really a possibility. Overall, it’s a good read and it’s tie-in to Blue Beatle makes it twice as good. I do have one little issue: Where the hell is Nightwing!? He’s like the heart and soul of the Titans and he didn’t even bother to show up. Well, he did appear on Wally’s flashback, I guess that’s good enough.

Aah, the good ‘ol days. Not as good as the Young Justice days though.

Without any of the Old Guards left, I guess Ravager would replace Starfire as the casually naked chick. They should keep her forever.
