REVIEW: The Sixth Gun issues #1 and #2

The first issue of “The Sixth Gun” published by Oni Press and created by Cullen Bunn and Brian Hurtt was made available to the public during Free Comic Book day. The first issue packed so much punch and made you want to read more which is a testament to how well-written it is.
AMC Unveils Trailer For “The Walking Dead”

A fan captured on camera this amazing trailer for AMC’s adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s zombie epic “The Walking Dead”. The series will be helmed by Frank Darabont, and Kirkman is deeply involved in the project. It’s always a good sign.
Also, some news from the rumor mill: Word is that George A. Romero will direct an episode or two. Fuck yes.
Avengers Movie Cast Assemble!

At SDCC, Marvel finally announces the complete cast of The Avengers movie, to be directed by Joss Whedon.
(L-R) Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Clark Gregg, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Chris Evans as Captain America, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, Director Joss Whedon, Producer and Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige.
Not too sold on Ruffalo because, well, this isn’t a chick flick, but this cast is amazing. What do you think?
